4. Vertragsabschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern einen unverbindlichen Online-Katalog dar. Durch Anklicken des Buttons „Jetzt kostenpflichtig bestellen“ geben Sie eine verbindliche Bestellung (“Angebot”) der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Waren ab. Die Bestätigung des Eingangs der Bestellung folgt unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung und stellt noch keine Vertragsannahme dar. Wir können Ihre Bestellung durch Versand einer Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail (“Annahme”) oder durch Auslieferung der Ware innerhalb von einer Woche annehmen. Vor Vertragsschluss (d.h. der Annahme Ihres Angebots durch uns) besteht kein Anspruch auf Erfüllung, z.B. auf die Lieferung von bestellter Ware
Unser Online-Shop richtet sich ausschließlich an Verbraucher. Wir nehmen Bestellungen daher nur in haushaltsüblichen Mengen an.
5. Versandkosten
Zuzüglich zu den angegebenen Produktpreisen kommen noch Versandkosten hinzu. Näheres zur Höhe der Versandkosten erfahren Sie unter dem Punkt 14 oder dem Menüpunkt Versand und Retoure. Bei einem Versand ins Ausland tragen Sie zudem alle eventuell anfallenden Zollabgaben sowie Aus- und Einfuhrgebühren.
6. Bezahlung
Die Zahlung kann durch: Sofortüberweisung, Kreditkarte, Google Pay, Apple Pay oder Paypal erfolgen. Bei Zahlung über Paypal werden Sie für die Zahlung auf die Webseite des Online-Anbieters PayPal weitergeleitet. Dort können Sie Ihre Zahlungsdaten angeben, die Verwendung Ihrer Daten durch PayPal und die Zahlungsanweisung an PayPal bestätigen.
Wenn Sie die Zahlungsart PayPal gewählt haben, müssen Sie, um den Rechnungsbetrag bezahlen zu können, dort registriert sein bzw. sich erst registrieren und mit Ihren Zugangsdaten legitimieren. Die Zahlungstransaktion wird von PayPal unmittelbar nach Bestätigung der Zahlungsanweisung automatisch durchgeführt.
Unsere Preise sind Euro-Preise und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer.
Vertragsbezogene Kommunikation:
Sie stimmen zu, dass die vertragsbezogene Kommunikation in elektronischer Form erfolgen kann.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
8. Transportschäden
Werden Waren mit offensichtlichen Transportschäden angeliefert, so reklamieren Sie solche Fehler bitte möglichst sofort beim Zusteller und nehmen Sie bitte unverzüglich Kontakt zu uns auf. Die Versäumung einer Reklamation oder Kontaktaufnahme hat für Ihre gesetzlichen Ansprüche und deren Durchsetzung, insbesondere Ihre Gewährleistungsrechte, keinerlei Konsequenzen. Sie helfen uns aber, unsere eigenen Ansprüche gegenüber dem Frachtführer bzw. Transportversicherung geltend machen zu können.
9. Vertragstextspeicherung
Der Bestelltext wird bei uns nicht gespeichert und kann nach Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs nicht mehr abgerufen werden. Sie können Ihre Bestelldaten aber unmittelbar nach dem Absenden der Bestellung ausdrucken.
10. Vertragssprache
Die für den Vertragsschluss zur Verfügung stehende Sprache ist Deutsch.
11. Geschenkgutscheine
Geschenkgutscheine sind Gutscheine, die Sie – soweit von uns angeboten – käuflich erwerben können. Gutscheine können nur im Online-Shop eingelöst werden. Reicht das Guthaben eines Geschenkgutscheins für die Bestellung nicht aus, kann die Differenz mit den angebotenen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten ausgeglichen werden. Geschenkgutscheine und Guthaben können nur vor Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs eingelöst werden. Das Guthaben eines Geschenkgutscheins wird weder in Bargeld ausgezahlt, noch verzinst. Ab Kaufdatum sind die Gutscheine vier Jahre gültig.
12. Rückgaberecht bis zu 14 Tage nach Warenerhalt:
Neben dem oben beschriebenen, gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht gewähren wir Ihnen ein Rückgaberecht von insgesamt 14 Tagen ab Warenerhalt. Sie können sich innerhalb der 14-tägigen Widerrufsfrist vom Vertrag lösen, indem Sie die Ware an uns zurücksenden, sofern die Ware vollständig und originalverpackt ist und sich in ungebrauchtem und unbeschädigtem Zustand befindet und es sich nicht um Ware handelt, die speziell nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt wird oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten ist. Außerdem sollte das Kleidungsettiket vorhanden sein. Die rechtzeitige Absendung reicht zur Fristwahrung aus.

Das vertraglich eingeräumte Rückgaberecht lässt Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte und Ansprüche unberührt. Insbesondere Ihr gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht und Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte bleiben Ihnen uneingeschränkt erhalten.
Die Rücksendekosten sind selbst zu tragen und werden nicht von uns übernommen. Sollte der wahre Bestellwert nach der Retoure 100€ unterschreiten, behalten wir uns das Recht vor den vorerst für sie kostenfreien Versand von dem Rückerstattungsbetrag abzuziehen. 13. Lieferung:
Lieferungen sind grundsätzlich nur innerhalb der Europäischen Union möglich. Die Abgabe von Artikeln erfolgt nur in haushaltsüblichen Mengen und nur an Endverbraucher.
14. Versandkosten
Zuzüglich zu den angegebenen Produktpreisen kommen noch Versandkosten hinzu, die selbst zu tragen sind. Für alle Standard-Sendungen mit DHL innerhalb von Deutschland berechnen wir 4,90 Euro. Wir bieten ab 100€ Warenwert kostenlosen Versand an. Dieses Angebot gilt nur innerhalb von Deutschland.
Versandkosten für Österreich: 8,90 Euro.
Versandkosten für andere Europäische-Länder (ausgenommen Deutschland und Österreich): 14,99 Euro
Versandkosten für Amerika und México 45€.
15. Anwendbares Recht
Auf alle aus dem Vertragsverhältnis entstehenden Ansprüche ist deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss von UN-Kaufrecht anzuwenden; zwingendes Verbraucherschutzrecht, welches an Ihrem Wohnort gilt, bleibt unberührt.
Alternative Streitbeilegung gemäß Art. 14 Abs. 1 ODR-VO und § 36 VSBG:
Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung (OS) bereit, die du unter https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr findest. Zur Teilnahme an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle sind wir nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit.

4.Contract Conclusion
4.1 The product descriptions in the Seller’s online shop do not constitute binding offerson the part of the Seller, but merely serve the purpose of submitting a binding offer by the Client.
4.2 The Client may submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the Seller'sonline shop. In doing so, after having placed the selected goods and/or services in thevirtual basket and passed through the ordering process, and by clicking the buttonfinalizing the order process, the Client submits a legally binding offer of contract withregard to the goods and/or services contained in the shopping cart.
4.3 Contract conclusion via our shopping basket
The customer can select from the range of the supplier's products and add these to the so-called shopping basket via the "Add to cart" button. By clicking on the button "Buy now", you submit a binding offer to buy the goods in the basket. Before submitting the order, the customer can view the data of his order on an overview page and use the buttons provided to adjust the order by changing articles or modifying information. The supplier then sends the customer an automatic acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail, in which the customer's order is listed once more and which the customer can print using the "Print" function. The automatic acknowledgment of receipt also represents acceptance of the request. If the customer chooses a pre-payment method (payment in advance, direct debit or PayPal), the contract becomes binding after the customer orders, notwithstanding the foregoing, when we ask the client for payment, provided that there is not yet an acknowledgment of receipt for the customer at that time.
4.4 Contract conclusion via Paypal
The customer can select from the range of the supplier's products and add these to the so-called shopping basket via the "Add to Cart" button. When activating "Direct to Paypal", the customer has the option to register with the payment service Paypal. Before submitting the order, the customer can review the data of his order on an overview page and use the buttons provided to adjust the order by changing articles or modifying information. By using the "Cancel and return to Teveo" the customer has the option to return to the cart and to change the goods there. In this case, the supply of goods through our web shop is a binding offer on our part, which the customer accepts by activating the "Pay now" button. The customer also receives an automatic acknowledgment e-mail from us, in which the customer's order is listed again and which the customer can print via the "Print" function.
5.Delivery Costs
In addition to the stated product prices shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the shipping costs under point 14 or the menu "Delivery and Returns". When ordering from outside Germany, you will be liable to pay any additional costs. This could include transaction fees (e.g. transfer charges, currency exchange fees), or import tax (e.g. customs fees or import sales tax) for deliveries outside the European Union.
6.Payment Methods
Payment can be made by: Payment in Advance, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal. Our Prices are in EURO and include German VAT. Contract-related communication: You agree that the contractual communication may be in electronic form.
7.Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8.Transport Damages
If Your goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about that as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. If You don't complain immediately we maybe cannot find the best solution for You.
9.Applicable Law, Place of jurisdiction, Language of Contract
All legal relationships shall be subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany under the exclusion of acts on the international purchase of moveable goods. For consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as it is not prevented by the mandatory provisions of the law in the country in which the consumer resides.
If the customer is a business, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law operating in the territories of the Federal Republic of Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be our registered place of business. If the customer is based outside the territories of the Federal Republic of Germany, our registered place of business shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract if the contract or claims from the contract can be allocated to the customer’s commercial or professional activities. In the above cases, we reserve the right to appeal to the courts that reside over the place in which the customer is based.
The language of this contract is German.
10.Rights of Withdrawal
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we grant you a right to return the goods within 14 days from receipt of goods. You can cancel the contract within the 14-day cancellation period by returning the goods to us, provided that the goods are complete and in their original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition and it is not goods that are made specifically to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. In Addition the clothing tags can't be removed.

The contractually granted right of return leaves your legal rights and claims unaffected. In particular, your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unrestricted.
The customer has to pay the Costs of the Returning. You find more information under Delivery & Returns.
11.Delivery
Deliveries are only possible within the European Union. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers who want to cover their personal need for the products we offer. The effectiveness of contracts greater than household quantities and the commercial resale of the purchased goods requires our express confirmation.
12.Freight and Delivery Costs
In Addition to the stated product prices delivery costs are added, which are paid by the customer. For all standard shipments with DHL within Germany, we charge 4.90 Euros. We offer free shipping for order over 85 € value. This offer is only valid within Germany.
Shipping Costs to Austria: 8,90 Euros
Shipping costs for other European countries (except Germany and Austria): 14,99 Euro.
Shipping to United states and Mexico: 45 Euro.
13.Dispute Settlement
